Deposits via QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay are routed through licensed payment gateways with full encryption. Your balance is held in segregated accounts separate from hokiqq's operational funds. We publish monthly reserve audits to confirm all player balances are fully backed.

We may suspend accounts for policy breach (fraud, undisclosed location, bet manipulation) and notify you within 24 hours. You have 30 days to appeal through our dispute process. Standard closures (inactivity) require 60 days' notice. Your remaining balance is always refundable.

All withdrawal disputes enter our formal arbitration process. You'll receive a detailed explanation within 5 business days. If unresolved, you can escalate to independent review. We commit to a final ruling within 30 days. Approved claims are refunded within 2 hours of resolution.
